Table Manners X Broadsheet: Dineout

As part of Broadsheet’s inaugural Dine Out festival, Melbourne’s pop-up queen and Chinese-ish author Rosheen Kaul joined Luke Churchill in his Bronte kitchen, Table Manners, for a one-night-only takeover. The set menu brought together abalone noodles, garlicky dumplings, sticky beef short ribs and more — a meeting of flavours and talent that drew a full house.
We shot the event for Broadsheet’s digital channels, documenting the night as it unfolded — chefs at work, dishes as they landed, and the energy that filled the room.
