Saddles Mount White is a quintessential Australian dining destination, nestled on 28 acres of bushland. Recognised by Conde Nast as one of the world's most beautiful restaurants, Saddles seamlessly blends rustic charm with stunning natural surroundings, offering a truly unique dining experience.

We were tasked with capturing Saddles' new menu and their new head chef. Our aim was to showcase the delicious food, photograph the chef both in posed and candid, and highlight the unique rustic charm that makes Saddles so special.
