Nestled on 28 acres of NSW bushland and recognised by Condé Nast as one of the world's most beautiful restaurants, Saddles Mount White is a place that earns its reputation. The setting does a lot — but so does the food.
We were brought in to capture the arrival of a new head chef and a new menu: food photography that put the dishes front and centre, chef portraits both posed and candid, and enough of the land and light to remind people why the drive up there is worth it.
